1. Choose the space you will use
A home for two, weekends with guests or room for the whole family: each choice asks something different of a floorplan. At Seasons, compare the one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts by how you will live in them, not just by the number of rooms.
- One bedroom: approximately 75 m² inside, a 4.5 m² private balcony and a starting price of US$139,000.
- Two bedrooms: 110 m² inside, a 4.5 m² private balcony and a starting price of US$205,000.
- Three bedrooms: 135 m² inside, a 30 m² corner terrace and a starting price of US$259,000.
2. Read the plan as a home
Begin at the entrance and follow a normal day through the apartment. Notice the path to the living room, how the kitchen connects to dining, where laundry is placed and how bedrooms connect to their bathrooms. The dimensioned plan is the reference for size; the furnished views help you imagine use.
- Check bed, sofa and dining positions against the room dimensions.
- Look at door swings, storage access and the route out to the balcony or terrace.
- Separate gross enclosed area from outdoor area and individual room measurements.
3. Compare the exact unit, level and outdoor space
The same apartment type can occupy a different side of the building. Block 1 has six homes on each of three levels, with three-bedroom corner apartments at both ends. Select a unit code to see its orientation rather than relying only on the general apartment model.
- Compare the position of the terrace, windows and shared stair/lift arrival.
- Keep the unit code and level with your shortlist so each comparison refers to the same home.
- During a visit, ask about the specific outlook, sunlight and relationship to access routes.
4. Make time to experience Jarabacoa
Waterfalls, river activities and green mountain scenery are part of Jarabacoa’s appeal. Add time in the destination to your project visit and consider the kind of days you would like to spend here.
- Explore the area around your proposed home and the places you expect to visit regularly.
- Check routes, access and excursion arrangements directly when planning your visit.
- Treat destination photographs as a view of the region, not a promised view from an apartment.
5. Know what is planned and what is included
Seasons plans a pool, two tennis courts, gym, restaurant and clubhouse. Ask how the proposed spaces will operate and which arrangements apply to owners, guests and outside visitors. Review your apartment’s written specification alongside the furnished presentation.
- Confirm finishes, kitchen cabinetry, appliances and any included furniture.
- Ask about amenity access, possible charges and the intended operating arrangements.
- Confirm the latest design and schedule for the amenities that matter most to you.
6. Put the full purchase picture in writing
Once you have a shortlist, request a written offer for the exact unit. Keep its price, specifications, timetable and payment terms together. Review the property and purchase documents with your own qualified local advisers before committing.
- Request the reservation amount, payment milestones, cancellation terms and proposed delivery date.
- Ask for the ownership/title documentation, approved project documents and the agreement applicable to your unit.
- Request an itemized explanation of purchase costs, recurring maintenance and any amenity fees.
