Seasons is an apartment project in Jarabacoa, in the Dominican Republic. Jarabacoa is a mountain destination known for green landscapes, the Jimenoa and Baiguate waterfalls, and rafting on the Yaque del Norte. The destination photographs on this website show the surrounding region, not views from a particular apartment.

The collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom home offers a focused layout with a private balcony; the two-bedroom home adds a second bedroom and bathroom; the three-bedroom corner home combines three bathrooms with a wraparound terrace. Each type has an open living, dining and kitchen area.

Starting prices are US$139,000 for one bedroom, US$205,000 for two bedrooms and US$259,000 for three bedrooms. Prices are quoted in US dollars. Third-floor apartments add US$100 per m² of measured interior area, excluding balconies. No. Interior and private outdoor areas are shown separately. The one-bedroom apartment has approximately 75 m² of enclosed area plus a 4.5 m² balcony; the two-bedroom has 110 m² plus a 4.5 m² balcony; the three-bedroom has 135 m² plus a 30 m² wraparound terrace. Interior figures are gross enclosed areas; use the dimensioned plans for room measurements.

The one-bedroom apartment has 1 full bathroom, the two-bedroom has 2 full bathrooms and the three-bedroom has 3 full bathrooms. The plans show bathroom access, fixtures and each bathroom’s relationship to the bedrooms and living area.

The three-bedroom apartments at both ends of the block have a private 30 m² wraparound terrace. The left and right corner homes have mirrored orientations. Select a specific unit to see its terrace on the correct side of the floorplan and furnished model.

Block 1 has 18 homes across three residential levels, with six apartments on each level: two with one bedroom, two with two bedrooms and two with three bedrooms. The design uses shared open stair and lift arrivals between apartment pairs. The interactive level plans show each unit’s position and access.

Open the availability page, choose a level and select an apartment on the plan or in the cards below it. Each unit has its own code, price and status. “Confirm availability” means the team needs to verify that unit’s current status; it is not a confirmed offer of availability.

The planned amenities include a swimming pool, two tennis courts, gym, restaurant and clubhouse with spaces to relax and gather. These are proposed facilities. Final designs, operation, access arrangements and any charges remain to be confirmed; the website images illustrate the intended setting.
